Early 2019 we set out to create a new sci-fi IP from the ground up. Part of that was creating the style and technology of the assets. We wanted to keep the team as nimble and efficient as possible early on, so we opted for a work flow where as much of the design would be done in 3d, so it would be more time efficient for the 3d artist to convert it to the in game versions. It was like a dream coming true, but also a monumental task to build such an ambitious world. Fortunately for me, I was accompanied by the best colleagues you could ask for:

Tahir Tanis - Concept Artist (Now Art Director/World Director)
And many more incredible artists joined along the way. As for my self, I moved over to THE FINALS in 2023 and have not worked on Arc Raiders since, but I think the team did a stellar job in launching the game.
